Eventstop is a social venue marketplace that eases the search for suitable venues for event purposes, while promoting the social aspects at the heart of every gathering. The site also serves as a one-stop shop for all events needs, through its vendor deals page where end-users (customers) can get access to deals at the click of a button. Access to deals is a service provided to our customers through industry recognized event vendors. Vendors are the sellers and authorizer of the deals and are responsible to you for the quality, security and delivery of the goods/services provided.
By agreeing to these Terms of use, you consent and represent that you are at least the age or of the legal capacity stipulated by the Government of your country of residence to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the no of deals of any of the services that we offer. All descriptions of deals pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of our supplier and us. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time. Any offer for any service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF TRANSACTION, TAXES AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Listing of venues on eventstop.ng by venue owners, staffs or eventstop team on behalf of the venue is free. If we send a lead to venue owners, venue owners shall pay us NO percentage of the value of the transaction. It is absolutely free!
We reserve the right to cancel any purchase you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel multiple transactions per person, per household or per purchase. These restrictions may include transaction placed by or under the same customer account. In the event that we make a change to or cancel a transaction, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the purchase were made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit transactions that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Refund Policy
All sales (transactions) on Eventstop.ng are final and non-refundable with exceptions to the new-venue promotional services where we offer a 60days money-back guarantee if the new venue/space is not booked or reserved at the end of the agreed duration.
Based on the laws of the respective country in which you bought your coupon, and in which you wish to claim your deal (coupon), the vendor (seller) is responsible for allowing you to claim your deal (coupon) for the money worth based on the money you truly paid for your deal (coupon) e.g. if you paid 100NGN for a deal which gives you 800NGN of worth from the vendor, the money that you paid is 100NGN and not 800NGN), for a time that could extend outside the expiration date of the coupon. So the refund would be 100NGN minus the handling charge (to be paid by customers for not claiming the deal at the set timeframe.
Taxes
You comprehend that we are representing solely as an intermediate for the collection of transactions and fees between a User and a Vendors who decide to enter into an agreement of service. Since state and local tax laws vary considerably by region, you comprehend and agree that you are only responsible for defining your own tax reporting requirements in discussion with tax advisors if need be, and that we cannot and do not offer tax advice to any of our customers. And for users, all venues listed on out site are inclusive of VAT.
New Venues
If you sign up for our new venue promotional services, we offer a 60 days money back guarantee at the end of the duration if the subscribed space(s) is not booked/reserved. This refund will be paid if and only if: -
(I) You adhere to all our recommendations necessary to sell your space
(II) You have a complete profile listed with us with accurate information required to reach you.

Trusted Venue
Eventstop.ng reserves the right to remove, discontinue and edit the trusted logo and information on your profile as they deem fit. Your profile can only be stripped of its trusted status if users complaints are not considered or resolved within an agreed time frame or when the user ratings and reviews of your venue or space becomes a point of continuous concern. Eventstop.ng reserves the right to determine the agreed thresholds and time frame for resolving all customer complaints on your venue/space listed on its platform. If your profile at anytime is stripped of its trusted status, you can request for more information as to why or for it to be restored, by writing us here
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of use and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of use).
